Okay, first of all, I am completely overwhelmed by your icon! Seriously! Gosh, I don't even know what to say. Just that I get so much enjoyment from playing with these boys, and knowing that someone else is sharing that is just phenomenally exciting! So thank you, really!
Then I suppose I should apologize! This chapter (and the next, I suppose) are pretty much rock bottom for the boys. I never planned on writing anything in this verse from Jensen's POV, but I think the next few parts will make more sense/be more approchable if there is that glimpse into how Jensen thinks. I hope so, at least.
And I promise, as dark as things get, I always work towards fixing things. For me, the biggest payoff is in the happy ending. I'd never put a character (or a reader...or myself, for that matter) through anything so dark if I didn't have every intention of giving them a golden lining. I'm very much a 'fantasy' writer, and I'm here for the satisfaction at the end.
