I might have just teared up a little when I saw it! I am a total softy, gasp!

I do take it as a compliment, really I do. But I certainly never wanted to actually upset anyone! I think I have the advantage of such deeply lovable characters to play around with. We can't help but root for them, even when mean people like myself step in and muddy the sandbox! I never get this involved with things!
